Site Visits and Inspections
Clients are responsible for their own safety during site visits. Yateeks Construction Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage occurring during property visits.

Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. Fees for services already rendered will remain payable.

Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Odisha. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bhubaneswar.
